Richard Smouse
Born in Los Angeles CA, surrendered my life to Christ at the age of 8. Came to Portland in 1971 to attend Multnomah Bible College. Have been married to my wife Debbie since 1979. We raised 9 of our own and opened our doors to many foster children. We are grandparents to 8. I love reading God’s word, applying it to my life and encouraging others to do the same.
